Operations Management

At Gasfin Services, our approach is to ensures safe, efficient and compliant operations across the entire lifecycle of LNG infrastructure (FRU, FSRU, on shore terminals). This includes comprehensive HSEQ management in line with all applicable standards, as well as the structured planning of operational processes and maintenance activities.

We also take full responsibility for commercial operations including budgeting, cost control and contract management. Our commercial management team oversees LNG supply coordination, gas accounting and customer interface, ensuring smooth operation and clear communication at every level.

Certifications

Gasfin Services GmbH has successfully achieved certification for its Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the IT Security Catalogue (version of August 2015) pursuant to section 11 (1a) of the German Energy Industry Act (EnWG), based on the requirements of ISO 27001 and ISO 27019.

Furthermore, Gasfin Services has successfully obtained certification under ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
